Delivered through a three-day live, facilitator-led online workshop, the program equips leaders with the knowledge and tools to shape sustainable, high-trust sales performance. Ongoing bi-monthly virtual drop-in sessions ensure continued support, reflection, and mastery long after the workshop ends. 

What is it?

Sales leadership today demands a sophisticated blend of people development, operational excellence, and strategic clarity. This advanced program teaches leaders how to cultivate capability across their teams — from coaching and uplift, to embedding disciplined performance rhythms, to aligning culture around customer-centric behaviours. 


Participants learn how to design and refine effective sales systems and processes, strengthen pipeline discipline, and deeply understand the customer sales journey as the foundation of team execution.


A strong sales leader must also be data-literate and commercially aware. Throughout the program, you’ll learn how to interpret sales metrics, analyse performance data, forecast with confidence, and translate insights into actionable sales plans and strategies. You’ll understand how to design and execute a compelling go-to-market approach, make informed decisions in both upward and downward markets, and continue providing organisational value even when sales cycles slow.


With ongoing bi-monthly support for 6 months, you’ll apply concepts in real time, collaborate with peers, and develop a leadership approach that creates reliable, repeatable, customer-centric, high-trust sales performance.
